pre-approved name, not accepted

I made a new character today and choose a pre-approved name, and got the following message:

Well knowing that VMK comes over here to take a look at what we are thinking some one is sitting in the VMK office with a red face. No wonder I am still not a community leader I bet when they put in my title for community leader it spits out player not approved TOO MANY HOURS played

Yup, I mentioned that happening before. We chose a pre-approved name for my brother's character and got that same message, that the name couldn't be accepted.
