Prayer Thread

Since everyone has troubles in their life, I feel like this thread would be alright. I don't know how religious any of you are, but this is more about caring for others' well beings and support.

Anyway. There is a family I know that has been having lots of major difficulties. I just wanted to point this out. All 3 kids are in or out of collage. The oldest one (the only girl) got diagnosed with cancer about a year ago. She is recovering now and is doing fairly well, though she will never be able to have kids of her own.
The family's second oldest just yesterday got in a motercycle accident and is in the hospital with severe ingeries.

What I wanted to ask for is prayers for this family. Or at least hope for them. They are very good people and definatelty deserve the support.

I've wanted to do a thread like this for a LONG time but was too nervous... My family is extremely Catholic, so I'll be praying for them.
Can you guys pray for my uncle? He was in a car accident a while ago, and his best friend died. My uncle was injured, and he's healed now, but really sad about his friend. I think he needs all the prayers he can get.

I've been waiting for a Bigger thread like this! I posted a thread a long while in April. My friends three brothers died in a house fire. There were five kids in total-all by themselves home alone (ranging from age 15 to 7.) even though this was three months ago, this family still needs prayers. And also for my cat who we had to put down almost two weeks ago.

Just thought I would update on the family I posted about.
Their son is suppose to come home today, but is expected to recover fully in about 2 months. He still has a year of collage to finish, but it looks like he will be able to do it!
Their daughter is still doing better and might be able to go job hunting soon!

Great thread idea

One of my closest friends lost her grandma a year ago and still has troubles dealing with that. She also had a cousin that was diagnosed with something (I don't know what it was) and died in the night by a seizure. She goes on walks for him, and many other things for him. She sometimes breaks down in tears at school because she cared for him so much.

Also, not too far back, I had two kittens: Puppy and Dodger. Puppy disappeared, and Dodger was attacked by something, dying later that day (oh gosh, now I'm crying). We used to have four kittens (Noodles, Flynn, Chuckles, and Derek) that all disappeared. After a year of them missing, Chuckles came back (we knew because he had a long scar on his side). He was still tame, and he recognized us. He stayed for a few days, then left. That showed me that there is still hope for Puppy, Noodles, Flynn, and Derek. Please pray that they are still alive and doing well. And that one day, they'll come back. Mostly for Puppy.

Great thread, I'll be praying for all this stuff!
We moved last fall, and so I know what that's like... The suspense, waiting to see if someone buys... It wasn't very fun. Hope your house sells quickly and easily and it's not much of a hassle!

Update:

The family I mentioned on here earlier is going very well now. The son is doing fine. He does have to use a chest brace, though not for much longer.
Their daughter is recovering from her cancer quickly. Her hair is growing back and she's been doing more things now.

That's really all I have to say. I hope all of your earlier situations are better, or getting better. *hugs to all!*

Pray that I make it in; this is something I really want to do! It's the musical Annie Get Your Gun and I'm singing one of the deleted songs from Frozen, More Than Just The Spare for my audition song! Nervous and excited!
