Problem solved, guys! My good DIS friend, JO, reminded me that I can block the kid's faces out of the pics. I have been in a funk all weekend figuring out how to solve the problem

Also, some of you are concerned that my taking the photos off is because of DIS!!! I assure you that it is not! I had been asked (along with all moms) at my daughter's school to take school related pics off of facebook. My husband made a comment that he "doesn't think kid's pics should be on the internet". WOOPS. Also, my in-law's had voiced their concerns last week about it. SO, to make my family happy and keep my kids safe, I took them off. But, thanks to JO, we can keep posting

For Facebook did you know you can restrict who sees your photos and other info? Hello Everyone!! I know I am long overdue for an update, but I havent been able to find a large chunck of time to get one completed while school is going full force! SO, this is a little mini-update.

I am actually in need of advice. For Christmas, I want to get Abby a starter kit for pin trading! She bought a necklace at the Park during our last visit and is excited to trade for our upcoming January trip! Is there a special place I can buy in bulk for cheap? Of course, nothing too fancy. Just a good base for her to start with.

I have been looking on EBAY, and there are lots. Please give me any advice you can give!

The only thing I know of the ebay ones is they are cheap and they are not always real. The backs are different. So be careful. I know several people who have gotten them and they felt for the $15 they spent they got 3 or 4 that were tradeable. I am sure there are some honest dealers so just be careful. That would be a good thing for Abby to do. Andrew was that age when he first went. He really enjoyed the trading.

Katie I've purchased some grab bags from mousepinsonline before and they work out at just under $2 per pin. All tradeable too

Awesome site. I found the grab bags and I think that is probably what I am going to do. Along with a monorail one and a princess or two. She bought the princess lanyard from the park, so it came with 4 tradeable pins with all of the princesses on them, so she has somewhat of a start.

Yep I leave for AKL on Thursday All the 2009 panel and some of the 2008 panel are meeting there for MNSSHP on the Friday and EE5K on the Saturday. We are also shooting some videos etc. I'm going solo as we can't afford to all go, plus the girls are in school and the 9 hour flight and time difference is too much for just a short stay, I leave Monday. But my sister has moved to NYC and she's meeting me there so that will be fantastic

OK...here we gooo!!!

Just a short update to answer the CRT question as I have not yet figured out the editing of the photos issue!

So, I last left off with the family leaving BBB and walking across the castle to our lunch reservation at Cinderella's Royal Table

Now, just a quick side note. It was not very hard to get the ADR because we were going during a really slow time. So, it was not like I stayed on the phone for hours, or woke up at an outrageous time to get the ressie.

My inlaw's were touring Fantasyland while we were getting all dolled up at BBB, so they were just meeting up with us. I could tell they were hungry, and Aiden was getting irritable..almost time for his bottle!

When we walked up to the CM, she was VERY short and rude with us. She informed us that they were not ready to take anyone in yet. We were already 5 minutes late for our ADR, so I was confused. My DH kind of looked at me like "What? Aren't we in Disney!?" REALLY did not expect that at CRT of all places!!

We took the opportunity to look at the pretty menu they had displayed outside of the castle.

At this point, Aiden was not happy. He is not the type of baby to scream or throw a fit, he was just getting really fussy. At that time, I also realized that his bottle was still dirty from that morning's breakfast. I was kicking myself for not taking the time to wash it out at the resort!

I scanned the area for a restroom. That is one thing in Fantasyland..it is so well themed that they HIDE the bathrooms so well

The CM at the desk yelled something along the lines of "Royal Brooks Family, your table is waiting" (can't remember the exact wording).

Oh well...I would look for a restroom inside! We are going to CRT

With much anticipation, we stepped into the CASTLE....err....wait....the waiting room.

We were in a pretty big room and I realized it was the photo op with Cinderella! I was excited to get the picture because Abby was dressed up so nicely, but Aiden was about to get REALLLY mad if I did not feed him.

My in-laws were noticably annoyed with the PACKED waiting room. It was very crowded. Pretty much our only big crowd of the trip.

I found a bathroom and the family waited for me. It was the SMALLEST bathroom ever. I was trying to clean the bottle out quickly because it was actually DIRTY! There was toilet paper all over the sink and floor. I understand it getting that way because of all the kids that probably used it, but it did not feel clean at all. I went to go pull out my DAWN dishwashing soap from the diaper bag and....it was not there....it was such a busy morning, I must have forgot! I was forced to use the SINK HAND SOAP (which I hate to do).

I ended up mixing his bottle, so Aiden was a little better. It was almost Abby's time for the picture. Only problem was that the line was just being re-directed around. NO ONE was getting into the restaurant There must have been a problem!

Here is Abby getting Cindy's autograph. We ended up getting a GREAT pic (she was a good Cinderella!) I will try to post it later.

OK..now is where it gets CRAZY! It was getting warm, people were getting REALLY mad about not getting in. Parents started yelling at the CMs. CMs started yelling at the parents. Seriously!? We are at DISNEY people!!!

My in-law's and my DH looked at me like, lets get out of here. I had to agree, but not without a tear. I was SO upset. I had looked forward to that moment for a long time...dreaming of a moment like this (courtesy of disney.com)

So, we exited, all really hungry by now. We made our way to Cosmic Rays.
When we entered, we were all understandibly upset and aggravated. I scanned the restaurant. I reserached all of the places we ate before hand. I knew nothing about Cosmic Rays!!!

If you have never been there, they have it split into a couple of different ordering stations, depending on what you want. By the time we figured that out, we were all split up. We ordered and it took a long time. Problems with the fryer

We found two empty tables in the area that the alien guy sings. I am sure it was just because I was so aggravated, but this guy DROVE US NUTS!

The food seemed good, but we were not feeling Cosmic Rays. (SORRY! I know most people love it!)

When we left, we decided it would be a good idea to go back to GF for a rest and re-group. We may head to DHS that night for extra magic evening hours. The rain clouds were coming in (for the very first time on the trip). Thunder was following. Not the best ending to our MK day, but maybe we have some fun in store for that night....

we do like Cosmic Ray's but when it is not what you were expecting and waiting for --I understand perfectly

(if you are using photobucket for your pics you can swirl the face in your pictures and when you figure out how to put a mickey and minnie you can go back and change them)
