PPO ADR's at MK, AK, and EPCOT - Guest Services Open?

Hi, all.

I wasn't sure where to post this, so if this isn't the correct board, can one of the mods move it?

For our upcoming trip April 25-May 6, we're trying to wrap up a few things, and had a few questions.

We have a few PPO breakfasts at the three parks (Akershus, BOG, Garden Grill, and Tusker House.)

We are debating on whether or not we will need to rent a scooter for my father during the trip, and one of the deciding factors is whether or not we can get a scooter at Guest Relations/Services before the breakfast, especially since Akershus is on the first park day. Does anyone have any insight if we'll be able to get a scooter that early?

1. This is the right place.
2. Guests can't rent scooters at Guest Relations.
Regardless, scooter rental should be available at the parks for PPO.

Thanks Robo for the clarification. I know where all the wheelchair/ecv rentals are since we've used them in the past, but wasn't sure what they were called.
