Power Walk at DCA for members still an option?

A few years ago, we stayed at the GC, 2 bedroom, on points. An activity that was offered for members was a power walk through DCA before the park opened. We will be there the week leading to Thanksgiving, however we could only get a room in the hotel part using points. No room in the DVC section.

Anyone know if this walk is still offered? I loved it. I would think that since we are in the hotel but still using our member points we can do it?

We asked at the GCH desk about this when we were there in September and they said it was discontinued with the new early opening days for CA. Now they just offer a walk through the hotel grounds, including around DLR.

The wording is that it's a walk through Disneyland Resort now.
