Power SHot Died - Need Recommendations 4 new camera

Ok, my Canon Power Shot died on Christmas Eve after 2 years I need to replace it quickly because I cant stand to be without a camera!

I am looking for a basic point & shot digital. I want something small & light that takes sharp, clear photos. I love photography and have a decent eye, but not much technical skill....I mostly take photos of my kids and vacations.

Any suggestions!?

i love my kodak c160. Clear photos with some of the techinal stuff. The best part? if you hit the I button, it will tell you what each techinal feature is and how to use it (ex. White balace)
