Power pass- can you buy these at the parks?

Just wondering if you have to order these in advance or are they available at the park as well? We have a fan card which I think?? gives a discount on the annual pass. We had planned to buy 4 power passes and 1 annual pass [ for the addtl. discounts]

I've never seen them advertised at the parks, but I'm sure you can upgrade or purchase one if you ask at Guest Relations. Has anyone bought a Power Pass right at the park?
