I emailed the owner of the condo where we're staying and he said the kitchen was stocked with everything we'd need down to a pizza cutter. But, after reading another thread, I wonder if I should pack a couple of pots and pans. Has anyone stayed at vacationcentralflorida condos and more specifically #304? If so, what's your opinion on how well the kitchen is stocked?

Thanks!

You might want to take a nonstick skillet if you plan on fryin eggs not sure if your condo gonna have 1 or not mine did not in June but was not at windsor hills either.

I agree with dyna. DH always packs a small non-stick pan because most condos don't have them. Guess they have to be replaced too often. I also sometimes pack a muffin pan if I plan to make them for breakfast. They aren't usually provided either.

I think you may be referring to my post. The house we just returned from had plenty of pots and pans but most were really scratched up from guests using metal utensils on non-stick pots. They were fine for most cooking but something that really needed to be non-stick, like eggs, might have been a problem. Fortunately, there was one pan that was okay. We have never packed pots or pans, only knives as I have never encountered a single decent knife while traveling. After this trip, though, we will probably start packing a non-stick pan just in case.
