Well we put an offer in to the seller and they accepted. Now on to ROFR to see what happens....

Since I did not work with a DVC guide in buying a resale...does Disney assign me one to work with in the future? Or do I find my own guide to work with?

Once the purchase goes through dvc will assign you a guide.

Thank you! I have been talking to a guide to get some of my questions answered and she seems friendly....not getting emails back in a timely fashion but I guess we will see once we are members.

Pretty nervous about ROFR because the per point was so low and owner agreed to pay all closing.
