Potential effects from Disney employee walkout?

For those who have been around a while, what kind of effects could we likely see at Disneyland from Disney staff participating in the walkout in protest of Florida's "Don't Say Gay" bill? We are supposed to arrive Friday, but if there are likely major disruptions then we'd look at postponing. Sounds like it starts today, so those who are already there, are you seeing anything major?

My understanding it is supposed to be a one day thing (today) and I haven't heard from anyone that there have been massive call outs today.
