This deal seems likely to happen.

"Merlin has long been considered one of the most likely buyers of Busch Entertainment, which has been rumored to be for sale since the merger of beer giants InBev and the Anheuser-Busch ***. late last year. Representatives from Merlin and Anheuser-Busch InBev discussed a potential bid earlier this year, according to one person familiar with the talks, and there have been rumors that Merlin and Blackstone executives have toured Busch theme parks in recent weeks."- Orlando Sentinel

I'm going to move this over to our Sea World board for you.

There's been talk of executives from both companies touring the parks for a couple of months now and apparently the head of Busch Entertainment was the one doing the tours this past weekend. Also Sea World was to have a major employee meeting a couple of days ago that was cancelled, maybe due to bigger things taking place at the time.Good chance there's an announcement in the next week or two.
