Hi:
Not sure that this is where this goes, but I just did our ADRs for September 12-18th on the Basic Dining Plan. I'll explain who  are, to assist in the responses.

Me: Been to Disney A LOT and I love it. (I was even in the Candlelight Processional in High School.) Not picky about food, of course bad food is not welcome.

Husband: Disney twice. Once as a kid Day Visitor and he can't remember much. And last year when he came with myself and my family. Pickier than me and not as daring. Not a fan of screaming kids when we eat (although who is?) He's fine with being around kids as long as they aren't freaking out.

Both of us are early twenties, this is our belated Disneymoon

Last year: Crystal Palace, PTC, Hollywood and Vine, Cap'n Jacks, Liberty Tree Tavern, and Rose and Crown. All dinner or lunch. Not to get overly reviewy, but here's a breakdown, again for insight.

CP: No (:groom: was grumpy, so bad memories)
LTT: Big No- We had a French waiter who was horrible, nothing against the French, I just can't remember his name. It was my mom's birthday and it was horrendous, she's been to Disney all of her adult life and it was the worst service she/we'd ever had. The food was not that great either
H&V: Didn't feel it was worth a TS
PTC and R&C: Definite Yes's

So here is the line up:
Sept 12: Chefs de France- 7:10
Sept 13: Le Cellier- 2:25
Sept 14: Coral Reef- 3:10 (That makes it lunch?)
Sept 15: Teppan Edo- 8:20
Sept 16: Rose and Crown- 4:40
Sept 17: Prime Time Cafe- 6:40
Sept 18: Yak and Yeti- 3:00 (Again lunch or dinner)

Just looking for opinions. Yes or no to this or that, and help figuring out which is dinner time what is lunch. We like Asian, and considered Tokyo Dining, but :groom: was concerned about how he'd actually like. He also likes steak a lot, and I'm not a nut for it, but do appreciate and enjoy a good one. On that list we've only done Rose and Crown and PTC. Thank you in advance.

I think you & DH will like all of these restaurants. Chef's will be enjoyable, same with Le Cellier. Coral Reef should be nice for the view, but I have heard it is loud. I can't comment on the rest as I have not been to them.

If you like italian you may want to try Tutto Italia. If you like buffets Boma, Biergarten and Cape May Cafe Clambake (though its not really a clambake). Cape May is at the Beach Club, just a short walk from Epcot. Boma is at AKL and might be a nice time to check out the AKL. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.

That being said, I think what you currently have will be nice for you and your DH and I wouldn't suggest really changing anything! I'm sure some meals will be great, others ok, and some just so-so.

Have a fun trip. DH and I will be there the same time 9/14-9/19. The only restaurant we have chosen that is on your list is LeCellier.

Biergarten in Germany is great. Also would highly recommend the dinner show at Ft. Wilderness (2 TS), Hoop De Do Review.

We are going to be down there late September and have booked dinner at the following:

LeCellier (1st time)
Boma (1st time)
San Angel Inn (2nd time)
Biergarten (2nd time)
Mama Melrose (2nd time)
'Ohana (5th time)
Teppan Edo (2nd time)
Marrakesh (1st time)

We have done Whispering Canyon before and that was good. Rose and Crown was just "okay". We are taking a year off from HDDR as we have done it the last 2 years and DH wants to take a break from it...I'd go again this year, if he hadn't said that. Try to keep DH happy.

Thank you, and enjoy your trip as well. We were excited to get Le Cellier at all. :groom: loves his Filet Mignon. We were thinking of Tutto Italia, but a lot of how I pick food is whether I can make it at home, and I can do most Italian dishes (not to the standard of Tutto, but I try.) We still may try it though I've read some good things on here.

Chefs is great. I think you'll like it there. Not a fan of Coral Reef - loud, bad service, long wait, just okay food. Teppan Edo is great - lots of fun and good food. Yak and Yeti is also good. Not sure I would do Teppan Edo and Yak and Yeti on the same trip though, unless you're a huge fan of chinese food...

As far as which is lunch or dinner, your best bet would be to call (maybe a coupe of times just to be sure!;)) and ask a CM (or two)....I think it sometimes varies by restaurant, and with it being free dining, that probably makes things a little different for each restaurant....

I've done many HDDR. I love the food. However, :groom: is shy, and he would be nervous about any attention and the noise. PTC is about his limit with that sort of thing. (I have a disability so I don't do stairs, we'd probably be right in the thick of things.) I haven't done Biergarten in a while, my dad loves German food, I'm not sure how my guy would take to it. He's not very into Schnitzels, sausages, etc. Thank you though, I really appreciate the advice. Also R&C didn't "thrill me" last time. It was good don't get me wrong, but :groom: really liked it, and he is so hard to please with food. Plus, I have to say I LOVE their Sticky Toffee Pudding. I might make a pitstop or two there and pay OOP for dessert.

I am glad to hear Chefs is great. I may reconsider Coral Reef, although maybe with our time, it might be better? Coral Reef is I think our most debated one, my family went last year and enjoyed it, all five of them, which is hard with a really picky eater, a pescetarian, a semi picky eater, and two seafood lovers. We are big Asian food people, so we are thrilled to have Y&Y and TE, we even considered having TD in there too. Thanks for the advice about calling as well, I know how that goes, it's sort of like getting an answer from an insurance company, unless you get like three of the same answer you can't really trust it.

I think your line-up looks good. Try Coral Reef for yourself. We LOVE it there. I think the food is great!!!! You're going to most of the places we are going this Nov.
