I know this is ompletely off topic but I am so excited that I can finally participate because I am officially engaged. Here is a picture of my enagement ring. I am completely non traditional so I did not want a diamond ring. This is what DF came up with and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it.

DF designed it himself, I wanted princess cut but I adore this ring, Sapphire is my birthstone and it just perfect. My band matches it exactly

I don't have a proposal picture WE didn't make a big deal out of it as DF proposed on his brothers 21st birthday, and I didn't want to steal his thunder too much. Plus, we had already begun to plan our wedding, so it wasn't really new news! Here is my ring though.

It was just DF and I at the Magic Kingdom when we got engaged, so there's no pictures...just wonderful memories! I'll have to try to post a picture of my ring later...it's actually a Mickey Mouse ring!

We have to keep in mind, that of course the brides are gonna kick our butts in the photo posting race, pretty much all of them have had professional photographers to take hundreds, if not thousands of photos.
Us brides to be have maybe a dozen photos each of ideas or possibilities...

Arwood82--Your ring is amazing!!!!!! My DBF doesn't want to get me a diamond because he thinks they are dumb and I said that it had to be a diamond cuz I never really saw anything different, but after your pic I called him and told him to look at it and that now he can get me what he wants He said he was going to anyway lol If you don't mind me asking, what kinds of stones are they??

Mine is a couple of days late also, but here is us at WDW this past september. This was DF first trip ever and now he is addicted. this is a horrible picture of me, but it is the only one I have handy at the moment. Unfortunately, with me trying to finish school a wedding at Disney is out of our budget. Maybe that is what I was thinking abut when this picture was taken......LOL
