POTC open during emh?

I assumed all of the bigger rides were open during morning emh. On the Disney website, it says it opens at regular park opening hours. Is that correct?​

I believe that Tomorrowland and Fantasylands are the only 2 lands (aside from Main Street) that are open during EMH.

Yes, on a MK morning EMH only Tomorrowland and Fantasyland are opened. For an Evening EMH most rides in all lands continue to operate.
