I don't think so, at least for Disneyland. I suspect that Kenny got those dates from a certain Facebook page. It lists re-opening days, but also end-of-closure days, so that may have caused him to get those dates wrong.

It's also worth mentioning that the World of Color closure is now official.
The first day is Tuesday, February 21.
However, the re-opening date of Tuesday, March 7 is best described as semi-official.
Note that this a day later than mentioned elsewhere.
