Potato Barrel Tachos with sausage gravy

I love the breakfast tachos at woodys lunch box but we are going to DHS on arrival day and not landing till 8:50 so I’m unsure if we are going to make it to the park in time to grab this amazing breakfast dish. Where else can I find this amazing dish? It used to be a friars nook but the menu no longer offers them. We won’t be going to wilderness lodge as I know they are there and at the Mara. Looking for somewhere at the parks. Thank you!

The Lunching Pad at MK has a version of these, but it's got more of a mexican-food flavor profile going for it. I really liked it though.
Description: Potato barrels topped with a cheese omelet, chili con Carne queso, and sour cream.

Not in the park, but I’d you walk over from MK to Contempo Cafe at CR they have a loaded totcho bowl at breakfast time.

A lot of hotel quick service restaurants have it now. I just had it at Pop Century Sunday.
