Posting picture of bridesmaids dress

HELP!!! I am really new to this, and want to start my PJ, so I thought that I would post a picture of my girls' dress, but everytime I try to post the URL, this is the error message that I get:
Could not find phrase 'error_postcount_too_low_post_links'.

Please tell me what I am doing wrong. I would love to share pictures, but I guess I just don't know how to upload them.

Hi, I believe you have to have over 10 posts to post pics or a url. I could be wrong maybe one of the mods will jump in.
