Not that I want to use it but I thought I'd let everyone know that I got a postcard for a discount at a value resort - $109. Is that truly a discount?

I don't think so, I think that's rack rate for one night during peak season, and it's also rack rate for one night in a preferred room during regular season according to Disney's site.
