Not sure if this is the right board to post, but I received a post card today from WDW asking me to go online and complete a survey because of my upcoming trip. At the end, I was asked if I would be willing to do another survey post-trip. Has anyone ever received anything like this? It only took a couple of minutes to complete. Asked questions about which hotel we're staying at, (mainly had to do with hotels/prices which is why I posted here) how I heard of the discount, etc. Weird! Anyone? Why couldn't it be a "postcard"!!!!

I received a survey postcard after our trip in August to the Poly. It directed me to the internet with a certain code to fill out a survey. It mostly dealt with questions regarding our stay at the Poly, rating housekeeping, etc... There was an automatic "thank you" at the end of the survey and that was it.

We recieved one about 3 weeks after our last trip. But that was the first time we'd ever done that. Oddly, we didn't stay onsight. However,
I had PS for every dinner, and got our tickets online.

minniemmom, I just got a survey postcard yesterday, and filled out the online survey not an hour ago... maybe we'll get a little surprise when it's done? A tiny bit of Disney magic?

Anyways, we're leaving in 4 days for our trip, which is enough Disney magic for me!

I got one in today's mail and of course went right to the computer and completed the survey. It did not too long, and I got the question at the end about doing a survey after my trip too.

I got one too today and finished the survey a little while ago. I indicated I would be willing to fill out a post survey. I'm like you Smeck, wouldn't it be nice to get a surprise when we got there?

We received a post card asking us to complete an online survey after our April trip to WDW. It was fairly simple and did not take too long to complete.

I definitely do not think we will get anything except to give our opinions. I never have in the past but it still is fun.
I got another little postcard/pamplet w/ my name on the front.
It has Goofy and said basically welsome back to the All-Stars. we were just there a year ago but I was still impressed they knew. Kind of fun too!

Hoping for any teeny tiny perk from Walt, we did the pre- & post- surveys back in March. Got a "Thanks for your time" at the end & that was the last we ever heard. No more surveys -- not even so much as a "real" postcard since!

We also completed a survey following our Poly stay at the end of August. It was our first trip to Disney and the survey took only a few minutes. Just received our very first "postcard" this week. Hope to get one in another year when we can return!

be very very carefull at how you answer the questions. Remember the whole, character caravan...you asked for this?? This is exactly how it is done.

Ditto the postcard survey here. Did you notice they seemed to want to know how we all found out about the codes and if it made a difference in our trip planning? Hmmmm.

We got one after our Aug/Sept trip this year. I did the survey and didn't expect anything in return, except for my opinions to be heard. Hopefully, we will get to do the survey again when we return from our December trip this year.

Thanks everyone for your replies! I don't expect to get anything for doing the survey, but I sure was happy to reply how I heard about the codes we're getting for this trip! It's nice to know Disney may be listening to us "veterans"! I thought maybe it was a geographical mailing, but all who replied to this thread are scattered throughout the U.S. I know in the past CR has told guests postcards are mailed according to where you live. I guess this survey doesn't fall under this category!

Thanks again!

When I filled out the survey I said that my decision was based on the great rates that were being provided and I let it known that originially I was scheduled to stay at the AS Music but upgraded to the WL due to the reduction in rates.
.
Like you I hope they are listening to the feed back from the veterans!
