postcard for value resorts

Just got a postcard from disney running promotion to stay at any Value resort for $99 fromsept 30-October 30. FUNNY Thing is that is the rate for a standard room! Does dinsney think I'm Blind and/or stupid?. On the front it had my family's nme transanposed and the saying isn;t it time you com back to Disney? my Answer is yes ,but not under these "so called promotion". Anyone else get the same card?

I got a card similar to that--- only mine expires in July-- and it's the $109 for a value resort.

Ouch...ho would want to book a value resort at those prices?? That seems really high. I have never paid that much...there is always a good code out when we travel.
