I'll have to amend my earlier post, and say that, lawyergirl, you and JC & ALI'S MOM have perhaps captured to best food pics that I've so far seen on this thread. :sunny:

Thank you!! And please do keep 'em coming!! :hyper: :hyper:

I am actually giggling at the conversation in here about the tongs, because we even made a comment to each other about the unfortunate location of the tongs when he handed them to me. Hee!!! :lmao: Wish I could find the guy again and tell him about the aftermath!!
You just had to take the picture right when he was reaching for the tongs and make him look like the bad man. :rolleyes1

YUCK is it me or does the picture up above at the buffet with the hand digging in the strawberries make you want to never eat at a buffet. The worst part it's an adult who is friggin clueless. I HATE people like that.

Hahaha! I thought the same thing!
I have a strict 'no finger food' rule at any buffet. I eat everything from a buffet with a spoon or fork! I also don't trust the sneeze guard, but I've had to get past that!

I've never eaten at Chefs de France, but those look like profiteroles to me!! Yum!! (I'm seriously ticked that I couldn't make time for Chefs, but it's hard to justify eating French food when there is so much of it in Montreal!!)

And don't get me started on how upset I am at the fact that we didn't have room for the Yachtsman, either!!! :sad2:

Thanks for the fast answers. Was it fill flash or auto flash?
Auto flash. I'm way too lazy to try anything other than the camera's presets... And they've served me pretty well in the past, so I haven't felt the need to complicate matters! :teeth:

And I thank you for the compliments! I don't post much on the Dis, but I had to contribute to the food thread!

Besides, it's all of the kudos that are prompting me to pay $10/day to get online while I'm in WDW!! (Well, that, and the knowledge of what it feels like to be drooling on the other end while ogling food porn!! :rotfl: )

Okay, Okay, I know what you guys are thinking: Shaddup already ya talky lawyer and get us back to the food!!!!!!!! ;)

So, here it is - my crowning achievement in my short-lived food pictorial career: the entire buffet line at Boma, in order, in 15 pictures!!!

I tried to make sure that the names of the foods came out clearly, but if anyone has any questions, I can help identify mystery items!! :sunny:

I like that you shot the entire boma buffet line (any goofy stares?), nice! It only confirms for me the only thing appealing for dinner here is desserts.I ate breakfast here and thought nothing worth it.
Great pic's again,Thanks

Hi gang - here are some pics from Raglan Road tonight! (AWESOME - best meal of trip so far, and that's saying something!! :goodvibes )

Dalkey Duo - breaded and fried cocktail sausages!!! (totally healthy... really...*cough*)

lawyergirl, thanks so much for such a great look into Raglan Road!!!
Can you tell me what kind of sauce comes with the Dalkey Duo??? It all looked so good!!!

I am an avid WDW person, living in Daytona Beach, we go quite a bit. But I feel so stupid asking this. Where is Raglen Road, and what is LTT???

We leave today for our 22 year anniversary "Disneymoon". We'll be there for a week. Hopefully posting food pics while there. I have a new camera, so wish me luck.

Blessings,
Winnie

Raglan Road is at Pleasure Island and it is the New Irise Pub. LTT is the Liberty Tree Tavern in Magic Kingdom New Orleans Aea.

Raglan Road is located in Downtown Disney & LTT is Liberty Tree Tavern & is located at the MK. Have a wonderful time :goodvibes

Loved your pictures and you have confirmed that nothing at Bomba's appeals to me whats so ever. Glad I did not waste my time with an ADR.

Thanks for the great Boma pictures. :cheer2:

Now I need to figure out how to fit in. Maybe I'll add an extra night to our trip.

Good luck olbear with your new camera. Looking forward to seeing your pictures here when you return!!!!

Happy anniversary! Have a fantastic trip! :cool1:

I have always been iffy about Boma. Now it is on my MUST DO list for December! Thanks for the Pics!

It was some kind of a creamy, tangy, mustardy (I think) sauce. So yummy!! I tried not to lick the bowl... I was trying for restraint. Didn't quite work (it never does)!! ;)

You're very welcome!! :Pinkbounc

I'm also glad that I could help some of you come to the opposite decision. DH and I absolutely adore Boma, but we are the foodie evangelical types who believe that there is something for everyone in at Boma, even for the people who refuse to eat anything other than red meat and potatoes or chicken tenders. Those three things are on the menu (and were in my pictures), but if you can tell that you wouldn't like it from the pictures, then I'm happy that you won't be wasting your money unnecessarily during an exepensive WDW trip. It's not worth it at the happiest place on earth! :)

That being said (*gets up on soapbox*), TRUST ME!!! BOMA ISN'T WEIRD!!! It actually serves very familiar foods for most people, mixed in with some unbelievably tasty "unfamiliar" dishes. Everyone should try it once - it's THAT good!!! It's one of the, if not THE best dining experience on property and gives you phenominal value for your money!! Unless, of course, you'd really only be spending $30 for a few chicken strips and mac and cheese!! In which case, I wouldn't bother, either!! )

No pics right now, everyone - we skipped breakkie! I'll have pictures from the Liberty Tree Tavern later tonight!! :woohoo:
