That had to been  for those beans. I would have been like take this back and get me something else instead of these beans. And tell your chef to not put salt in them. Who puts salt in baked beans? I dunno how its possible to screw up baked beans. All your doing is opening a can and warming them up.

Concourse steakhouse. We were trying to make Wishes, so we were pressed for time.

Appetizer, my son and I shared. Honey Sesame Chicken Wings. They tasted very dry. We both ate 2 and left the rest. They do look pretty on the plate however. Bread rolls pictured to the left.

7 oz. Filet Mignon - with mashed potatoes and gorgonzola butter
Umm, this was not that great to me, I left most of it, and that is saying alot for a woman who loves to eat, and is really not picky, and easily pleased. Oh well. I know now.

Rack of St. Louis Pork Spareribs - with chipotle barbecue sauce, cole slaw and salt beans. Yes salt beans, on the menu it states baked beans, but that is not what we got. We got a huge portion of delicious ribs, so my ds says, but the beans tasted as if someone dumped a whole canister full of iodized salt in them. I didnt want to believe my son when he made a comment, about how he could'nt eat them. But i tasted them, and he was right, pure salt. Yuck.

Moving right along, to Tangeriene Cafe
Lamb & Chicken Platter
Can, I just say
DELICIOUS
:thumbsup2

I will post more tomorrow, it is late.

Disney8704- I am a cook by trade. You know what, I was simply disgusted, with Concourse. But, we were so pressed for time, trying to make Wishes. I did not even bother with the take this back shenanigans. But, believe me I would, there was no excuse for that, whatsoever. :sad2:

That's too bad some of you are reporting bad experiences at the Concorse. We ate there a couple years ago and it was delicious - at least what we had ordered. I had the cheesesteak and my wife had a salmon sandwich of sorts.

LeCeillier'

Cheese Soup, we have seen this pictured a million times. Here it is again. It was delicious, but very rich.
2006_0101cherry0401.jpg

Onto the most heavenly entree, at Leciellier'
Mushroom Filet, pure heaven!:thumbsup2
2006_0101cherry0400.jpg

Ohana'
We only got pictures of the chips in dips, as I was to busy stuffing my face with all the delicious offerings. I forgot to take more pics of the food.
2006_0101cherry0384.jpg

The bread pudding from Ohana', this dessert is worth the admission to Ohana' in itself if you ask me!
2006_0101cherry0387.jpg

My favorite snack in Disney Schoolbread!Yum, yum, yummy!!
2006_0101cherry0398.jpg

Last but not least my son with a Kona Kone
2006_0121cherry0147.jpg

That completes my contribution. I hope you all enjoy!

I agree it is to bad. But, I could have eaten there on an off day. Who knows. But, I do know. Since there are so many other delicious places to go. I will go to those places instead. I am glad your visit was wonderful however! The main reason I tried Concourse, was because of the spectacular reviews of the resteraunt. Nevertheless. I will try other places from now on.:)

Here are some food pics from our wedding trip 2 weeks ago. We ate at a couple places that we forgot to take pics, I know, I know, SORRY! However, here are the ones we got :)

CoCo Loco Milkshake from the milkshake stand at the Dolphin - it was SOOOO good, it had malted milk balls in it and it was chocolate and caramel :goodvibes
e8712738.jpg

GIANT bottle of water at CRT that I chugged because I was SO hot!
e8712653.jpg

My new DH and vanilla gelato from the Italy pavilion in WS - SOOOO GOOD!
e871cfeb.jpg

Cape May Cafe Dinner Buffet - everything except the corn on the cob was REALLY good! The corn was way overcooked and was so hard you couldn't even bite it off the cob. I was disappointed because it's my favorite!
e8684afb.jpg

e8684ad0.jpg

e8684a93.jpg

Candy bar from the UK Pavilion that I got because of a suggestion on this thread. It kind of tasted like a butterfinger without the peanut butter taste. It was ok.
e870fc9e.jpg

Rosie's at MGM
Kids nuggets with fries and grapes and kids mac-n-cheese with fries and grapes. Both were pretty good.
e870efea.jpg

Pop Century Food Court
Parmesean Crusted Chicken with pasta and marinara and Chicken alfredo (basically the same meal just a different sauce.) In the background is worms and dirt. This was SO GOOD! Especially for being a 'food court.'
e870dceb.jpg

Our wedding cake! Sorry, had to throw that in there!
e8731d8b.jpg

Contemporary Resort Room Service
chocolate covered strawberries and a white chocolate mickey- SOOOOOOOO good. Seriously the BEST chocolate covered strawberries we have EVER had.
e8684dcd.jpg

The Patisserie in France at WS
chocolate mousse - delicious, but way too much of it! Maybe I just wasn't hungry enough.
e8684d9c.jpg

Sunshine Seasons
Kids mac-n-cheese with a corn muffin and applesauce and a rice krispie treat. Pretty good, the rice krispie was HUGE, the applesauce tasted a LOT like baby food. I eat no sugar applesauce all the time and I thought this was bad so that says a lot.
e8684d51.jpg

Contemporary Resort Food Court
Adult pancake platters (there are 4 pancakes, smaller than normal ones you would get at like IHOP)
e8684d18.jpg

Flame Tree BBQ
BBQ pork sandwich, beans and fry basket - we didn't like anything but the fries. We live in SC and we are used to sweet, wet BBQ and this was dry and spicy! Yuck!
e8684cc7.jpg

CRT
Corn and crab soup - SOO YUMMY!!
e8684c60.jpg

Chicken (I forget the technical name, haha!) - good, but dry!
e8684c17.jpg

Chocolate Buckle and Pear Tart - the buckle was really dry, the tart was good!
e8684bc4.jpg

Main Street Bakery
frozen latte, carrot cake, banana bread pudding, coke - it was all SOOO good! I think the BBPudding was my favorite snack of our whole trip. I want some RIGHT NOW!
e8684b39.jpg

See next post for more :) :)

The delicious Meatball Sup at Earl of Sandwich!
WDWTRIP07027.jpg

Did this have alot of cheese on it? I love cheese on my meatball subs! Even though I havent had one(a meatball sub) in 10 years. I will get one if it's gooey, and melty with cheese. Mmmmm.

I have never had Earl's I am presently, trying to figure out which sub to get. They all sound so delish!:thumbsup2

Ok, here are the rest!

Outer Rim Bar at the Contemporary
cranberry and vodka and a mudslide martini - both were VERY STRONG!
e8684a4d.jpg

Earl of Sandwich
This is half of each of our sandwiches, mine is on the left (the All American) and the one on the right is my DH's (Hawaiian BBQ.) Plus chips, a chocolate raspberry smoothie and strawberry shortcake. Everything was SOOOO good, we LOVE EOS! My DH normally gets the Florentine (his favorite) but liked this just as well.
e8684a03.jpg

Aloha Isle
a dole whip and a cup of pineapple juice (for DH since he can't have ice cream :( )
e8684727.jpg

Le Cellier
A surprise chocolate mousse (it put the one at the French pavilion to shame!) We forgot our other food pics here, but we had the cheese soup and we shared the filet with cream cheese mashed potatoes and got extra potatoes. - our FAVORITE meal! Yum!
e86846e3.jpg

Contemprorary Food Court
cheeseburger basket and bacon cheeseburger basket with fries, chocolate cake and cheesecake with strawberry sauce - all very good
e868469c.jpg

The strongest mango margarita I have ever had in my life! From the stand by Mexico in WS- please ignore my sweaty picture, haha!
e8684663.jpg

Captain Cook's at the Poly
Polynesian Chips and Flatbread - it was just ok
e86845f9.jpg

Main Street Bakery
coke, apple charlotte, cinnamon roll, frozen latte - everything was AWESOME!
e86845ac.jpg

Kona Cafe
Tonga Toast & Macadamia Pineapple Pancakes - SOOOO GOOD!
e8684551.jpg

Surprise pastries! - very good, had vanilla custard on top and chocolate inside
e8684514.jpg

Main Street Bakery
strawberry shortcake (Good) and ice cream cookie sandwich (everytime I go I hope the cookies will be soft and they NEVER are, they're always really hard :( )
e8684466.jpg

Pop Century Food Court
Pizza and breadsticks - we LOVE their breadsticks!!
e8684432.jpg

We were just there earlier this month and they were in one of the cold cases between the cook stations.

(P.S. If you get the P.B.J. the bread is toasted so it makes for a hot sandwich...and I nor my brother(Who ordered it):rotfl: were a fan of that!)
