I want to see some great shots and read how you got them!

Nothing extra special here but for me it was! I have such a hard time capturing DGD's "in action", I was SO proud of myself that I FINALLY got an "action shot"! :rotfl:

This another favorite of mine...both were taken at Bay Lake Towers:

I also enjoy taking sunrise photos. This is a BLT favorite:

These 2 were taken at sunrise at Wilderness Lodge:

...and you can't go wrong taking photos from the Characters In Flight balloon at Downtown Disney:

China Night PP 12 5237 by Terry McGraw Photography, on Flickr

Of the thousands of images I've taken at WDW, this is probably my favorite. First, it took a lot of patience waiting in front of China for the right opportunity. Even after all that it took some meticulous PP to get it the way I wanted it to look. I probably PP the original image about a dozen times (I lost track) before I had the look I was going for. Even today I'm not entirely sure I'm done with it!

Camera: Pentax K10D
Lens: Sigma 28-70 Ex DG
Mode: Bulb
Shutter Speed: 26 sec. (tripod)
Aperture: f8
Focal Length: 28mm
ISO 100
Software: Photoshop Elements 8 w/Topaz Plug-ins

Not a 'great shot' per-se but...
I have only been to WDW once (currently planning my second trip for next year!) I was about 16 at the time and only had my mum's point and shoot, but I was so in awe of the whole experience. I remember just taking random pictures of anything and everything. So I come home, and after looking through these photos I come across one of a very peculiar duck...

I think I remember there being two ducks on this ledge, but to this day I cannot say with full confidence that there isn't a four legged duck hanging out in Animal Kingdom! :lmao:
