Post pics of your bag you carry into park

I did find the one i liked onsale for $51 rather then 68. They do have stores that retail them so I may go looking.

Still looking..the Piazza looks great! Now ebags does not have the black:goodvibes That's what I get for waiting! I have also looked at a bag by ellington, but it seems kind of heavy. Today I looked at one of the healthy back bags, a medium size and that was nice. Nope..I'm not confused MUCH!!

The colors go in and out of stock fairly often. Give it a few days (or weeks) and the black color will be back.

Is your Sony H50 similar in size to a Canon S5? If so, I don't think it will fit in the elastic pocket you're wanting it to. However, it will easily fit in the main pocket, with plenty of room to spare.

I have a Canon S5, and it just fits in my Donner bag. I had an S1 that fit great, but the S5 is a little thicker front to back, so it just fits (of course, there's plenty of room above the camera). I usually slip the camera into a plastic bag, both to keep dust and debris out and to make it easier to slip in and out of the bag. I find the Donner has just enough pockets to keep me organized on the days when I have to carry a bag. I can fold up my rain poncho (in another plastic bag) and put it on the bottom to cushion the camera. I don't have to carry a wallet, because of the zipper pocket under the flap - I just put money and stuff there. I carry one bottle of water and sometimes a small umbrella in the other bottle compartment. The main compartment is large, and only has one side pocket (which is open) so most of the organizing is done on the outside. I actually carry my Donner bag all the time, not just to Disney.

I finally got both bags I ordered for disney! Thanks so much for this thread, I wouldn't have thought to look on ebags without it.

Bag #1 - Derek Alexander North/South Shoulder Bag - I love this bag, and I am keeping it for a purse but I think it will be too small for me for disney. I have 2 kids I have to haul stuff for, but for an adult who just needs to carry their own stuff I think it would be perfect.

Bag #2 - Overland Equipment Donner Bag - I love, love, love this bag! I was worried it would be too big/heavy, but I think it's going to be perfect for disney. Not as many pockets as the first bag, but I think it has enough and it has more room in the main part for the kids' stuff. the water bottle pockets are great and carrying two water bottles doesn't make the bag feel bulky like I thought it might (it does make it much heavier though, obviously).

Just wanted to share my reviews since I read every single post before I placed my order. thanks again!

Everytime we have a trip and we want to go to the park, my DH always bring his back pack with a mickey mouse design on it. We put extra shirts for kids, towels and anything important.

I was looking at the Mickey cross body one too. How do you like it?

LOL after reading this thread, I had my Avon lady order me one of the cross body bags, too. I already had the smaller mickey carry on and some other matching bag, too but she had foot surgery recently and hadn't gotten me a book with the mickey cross body one. I got it the other day and I love it!!!! I can't wait to use it in Disney in April!!!! Its not huge and bulky (I carry a realllllly small purse all the time) but big enough to fit my Hidden Mickey's books!! Yay!! :hyper: :thumbsup2

OK, after all of my back and forth on this thread, I bought a bag today, AND it was not even one of the bags that I was looking at!!! I picked up the Vera Bradley Cargo Sling in Caffe Latte for 50% off at my local Hallmark store. I'm a big fan of VB anyway, love my Hipster, but needed more room for my larger camera. I also ordered the skooba (thanks sherry7) to wrap my camera in from ebags to protect it in my new bag. I even checked the two side pockets and my water bottle fit in so that was great. So all in all, I am happy with my purchase. I have spent time every day for the last couple of weeks combing ebags and the web looking for a bag and I kept finding things I liked and did not like about all of the different bags. I think we all need more than one bag to keep us happy.:rotfl:

can someone post a picture of a baggalini with items in it? I am thinking of getting one for my trip in May and would like to see what one looks like with basic things like camera, maps, guidebook, poncho, that sort of stuff. Or direct me back to a page in this topic where a picture of a baggalini is. Thanks!

I just ordered the Baggallini Messanger bag from HSN. They were on sale and had free shipping.

Like I said, I guess we all need more than one bag. I was on the REI outlet site tonight and the Overland Donner bag was $25 if you had it shipped to your local store. That's a deal! So now I have one of those coming to me too! I am stopping now! I figure that would be good for bad weather days.;) To the previous poster, try googling baggelini and pick the ebags website. They usually show lots of views of the bag and inside the bags.

I orginally bought as my diaper bag when my DD was a dew months old. Even though I don't need a diaper bag anymore. This is a great bag to take to WDW. It keeps everything very organized.

I also carry a small purse. And while I love bags I don't like to carry anything big.

You're welcome! Well, the bag isn't huge, but it's still twice the size of what I normally carry, but I think I can work with it - it'll take some getting used to, but I think if it's not stuffed and heavy, it'll work out okay. If not, DF usually carries a back pack. I don't really carry too much around the parks anyway, but I would like to have my hidden mickey books and some place to keep my camera so I don't have to carry my little purse AND a camera bag. I think with the Avon bag I might be able to fit my camera in - I haven't tried yet, it might be too bulky with the camera. I'm thinking if I had to, I could stuff my lipstick and credit cards and cash into my camera bag and just carry that as a purse, too. I never travel anywhere in Disney without my camera. One year I had my purse, camera in my camera bag AND a digital video recorder....for a week...everywhere. Geesh. I've been leaving the video camera behind a lot....just too much to lug around all day.

After reading all the raves for baggalini's I bought 2 for our trip last year. They were OK, but I think I'd rather have my bag on 2 shoulders....

my mom usually wound up hanging it around her front instead of it being on her back.

I just ordered this bag for my trip. It hasn't arrived yet, but I hope I like it. With the 20% off sale through January 29th, it only cost about $16.00

http://www.rei.com/outlet/product/785748

I also ordered one of these for when I don't feel like carrying a bag. This should be big enough for my KTTK card, fast passes, money, medications, gum and other "must have" items. I also like that I can have my KTTK card on display for the EMH nights (now that you have to show them to get on the rides).

I think that you are really going to like that bag. I have seen it at my REI, but I just have too much junk :rotfl2:to carry it, so I could not get it.

What kind of bag would you recommend for the following items for during the day at Disney World parks:

- Poncho
- Sunglasses
- Digital Camera (small Nikon one)
- cell phone
- Autograph Book
- Hand Sanitizer
- Chapstick
- Travel Kleenex Packs
- Park Tickets (of course)
- Park Maps (of course)
- iPod (possibly) for the eGuide to go information
- Spare AAs
- Pen for Autograph Book
- Cash and credit card (which would be in a small slim wallet)
- M&Ms minis Tube + Pressed Pennies Book
- Bottle of water?
- Small notebook with rides I want to ride, maybe writing down UPC or whatever its called #s of items I would buy via mail order later.

I think that's all I would need..........

Since I'm staying at the Beach Club Villas, I think my sister & brother in law will be in charge of the room keys, unless they are the type you have for your ticket (KTTW?)

I don't want a bag that has magnets inside the closure or velcro closure. I almost purchased a Heys TravelMate, but I didn't like the outside pocket having velcro and my mom wasn't sure if a full sized water bottle would fit in its side pocket.

I also don't want to pay too much, either.

I have an Overland Donner and a Bagallini messenger. I've used both for the parks and they are both okay :)
