Hello

Can some advise whom I should take travel insurance with?

I have bought one policy for one member of my family with the post offce however I am not 100% they are covered because it has my name as the policyholder.

This is because I signed into my registered account and bought it but giving my family member's name. So on the policy it says Registered person = me and Insured Person = Family member.

Did anyone else experience this same problem and are they definitely covered?

I came across the disney insurance when bookin the hotels and I don't know if it would be better to go for this insurance for the rest of the family?

Any advice on both issues much appreciated. Thanks!

I never use Disney's insurance (or travel agents) because I think its expensive. I would go with the Post Office if you get a good quote - have a look on travelsupermarket.com to compare prices.

Depends how many nights and how many people. the qoute i got from the post office was just £1 cheaper than the disney one. So just went with the Disney one, since i was booking through disney, and it would save filling more forms out at the post office

I don't think I've ever had insurance from the Post Office either to be honest :confused3, I usually pay around £8 for one adult and one/2 children for 3 or 4 nights insurance in France at DLP.

If they're named on the policy I expect they are but if I were you I'd give them a ring to make sure.

Not having ever taken out Disney insurance I am only guessing at this ... but would assume you would only be covered by the elements booked through Disney so if you had booked your travel separately this wouldn't be covered and it would only be your hotel stay.
