post interview for college program

Okay so question.

It seems that everyone has different time frames as to when they hear back from Disney after their phone interview, ranging from 4 days to 3 weeks.

Why is this? Does anyone have any insight here?

For me, I applied on September 5th and it's October 6th. Granted, I did receive a pending letter in that time, but, the waiting game is killing me currently.

My guess is, they are prioritizing who is better for what role... I'm sure there is some sort of Science to it... really I'm going with that... ya! (As I'm playing the LONG waiting game)

There are several factors, some roles are in higher demand and so those evaluations take longer. Also there are still interviews going on, so people that they are considering accepting may be competing for a spot with someone yet to interview.
