Is there a way to up the point total to be able to have a conversation about a dvc rental. The board says I have to wait an hour to post again and can’t get enough points to msg someone.

You need 10 posts (not including any DVC forum posts) for the PM option to open. You have 9 currently. Just do a test post (on the test board).
