Post Check In Questions

Checked in at midnight and everything is pending final approval. Have my documents including my port arrival forms. A few questions however:

1. Can the port arrival time be changed? If so, how?
2. How long is it now taking to get the final approval from DCL finalizing check in?
3. Has anyone received notice from DCL that there was something wrong with the check in information such that you had to modify it or whatnot? If so, how did that go?
4. When I downloaded the photos of our passports, the passport information was not automatically populated and I had to type all of the passport information in on the form. This has me concerned. Anyone else have this issue?

Several have reported that they did not get final approval until 3 or 4 days before their cruise. I had one PP that populated and one that didn't.

I’m a week until the cruise and still pending—same with everyone in our FB group. Seems to be they wait until right before the cruise.

Someone told me you can modify by going to the webpage and clicking “pending review” but not the app. It did not work for me in either place—the ”pending review” is greyed out. YMMV. Chalk it up to Disney IT.

If the photo is legible it shouldn’t be a problem. It may just be too low light for the auto populate but if you can read they can read the info in the photo it should be okay.

Final approval does not come until way closer to your cruise date....as mentioned like a few days before.

I changed my port arrival time by logging into my reservation on a laptop (I could not figure it out on the app). I clicked view port arrival form and it has sections that you could edit. I kept checking every few days and then an earlier time popped up and I changed it.

I did not have #3 or #4 so can't comment on that.

We are cruising on the 29th and received our PAT of 11:00am-- will this change and/or will I receive a final approval? Didn't know this was subject to change. Just curious, happy to be back on the ship in any way. Bring me on as luggage for all I care-- and I might be after living in FL for 10 more years lolol

I have the same issue on my upcoming cruise next week and called DCL. They said this is perfectly normal and you may not get pre-check in clearance/confirmation until 24 hours before departure. They said not to worry, anything pending will be taken care of at the terminal. The only thing that hasn’t been cleared on mine is our face photos and document photos. I assume they can complete those at the terminal, if needed. Didn’t they take photos and scan documents at the terminal pre-covid?

We also did not get a port arrival time. Ours says we can board at any time the terminal is open. Not sure why.

The only thing that hasn’t been cleared on mine is our face photos and document photos. I assume they can complete those at the terminal, if needed.

The reason is a CM has to look at your on-line submission to be sure it meets their requirements, so until that happens they are pending.

For those who were able to change your PAT, did your boarding group number change, too?

Yes, boarding group changed. I went from group 11 to 6. My original PAT was noon? I think? but I moved it to 11:30.
