Post Black Friday - Disney Springs Crowd Levels?

I just realized that the day I had set aside for shopping just happens to be the day right after Black Friday. Bad planning, bad planning. It's actually the day after we arrive, which is why I had planned to take things easier... at least, that was the intention.

Do Black Friday crowds last the entire weekend? My original plan was to visit Disney Springs, stock up on groceries at a Publix Supermarket and perhaps hit the outlet malls. I'm thinking that I need to do some serious adjustments now and maybe put shopping day well past Cyber Monday. Not sure what we're going to do about groceries though, since we were planning to stock up on the first day for the rest of our trip.

With DS a virtually all-new experience this year, exactly what will happen regarding crowd-size is a complete unknown.

Black Friday crowds in general, since most sales start thanksgiving afternoon, are basically died out come Saturday

Disney Springs has commercials saying they're having 2 day black Friday deals,Friday and Saturday.

Are they the same deals though both days? If they are then majority of the people will be there Friday. DS will be busy, but I don't think it'll be as busy as it will be when the deals first go on sale
