Possible to use ADR 180+10 features with online system?

Hi folks....sorry if this is one of those pesky posts that's been asked and answer a million times, but...

Is it possible to use the ADR 180+10 feature with online system?

Our 180 day mark is coming up next week and I'm just wondering if I can take care of my ADRs from my computer while working or if I need to call in via phone.

In a perfect world you will be able to do the 180+10 online...now, will the computer system be working when its time for you to do them, thats another question. Seems the ADR system has been a bit iffy since they implemented the CC guarantees recently. On your ADR day, clear out your cookies on your computer and try and make them. If it doesnt work, be ready to call and get a CM to do them for you. Some people have been able to do them, others not.

You can do ADRs online starting at 6am EST, or by calling at 7am EST.
