Possible title of mysterious T I C M P magic pin

first of all i would like to say i am very new to the dis..
secondly, i was looking through the list of characters from PotC 2 and saw something that caught my eye.. the mysterious T I C M P pin could be Turn into Clacker Magic pin. Clacker if any of you are wondering is one of Davey Jones crazy looking garbage infested pirates.. any thoughts?

I did take that girl off my friend's list though... She went too far when she kept stalking you from room to room when you were on the PoC ride.
