Possible mange in coworkers dogs

One of my coworkers had 2 of us his dogs in the office today for about an hour. The dogs were running around the building and I was around them while they were here. We just found out that the dogs likely have mange. I'm now freaking out a little bit because I have a dog at home and I'm not sure if I could possibly have picked up anything from his dogs that I could spread to my dog.

I washed my hands and arms (all that touched the dogs other than my clothes) several times and I will make sure to change my clothes and get them in the wash right away when I get home as well as take a shower before interacting with my dog.

Is there anything else I can do to help prevent spreading anything? From the quick research I did just now, I see that mange is easily contracted and easily spread

There are several types of mange and it's unlikely you would transfer even the most contagious varities to your dog after such brief contact with the infected dogs. The precautions you plan to take should be more than enough. If you think your coworker might be bringing them back, though, it might be a good idea to ask him not to while they are infected since you are concerned for your dogs. There's no point in continuing to have contact with them if it can be avoided, and if it's common for dogs to be in your office it's really unfair to the other dog owners to have their dogs exposed to his. His dogs need to stay home until they are no longer contagious.

We are a dog friendly office but its generally just the boss bringing his dog in for a few hours.

The dogs were here today because (long story) my coworker was actually taking them this afternoon to surrender them to a shelter, he is not able to care for them and it was the right thing to do.

From what I just heard they do have mange and it is the contagious variety, I'm not sure of the actual name of it but the shelter said that they will need to be quarantined because of the mange and treated
