POS Question - Does it Supersede?

Question for some of the brilliant minds here and, more specifically, perhaps @drusba - POS agreements are in place for all Disney Vacation Club properties. My question is, as an owner of, say, Animal Kingdom, if I buy a Riviera contract, do the terms outlined in the POS agreement only apply to those points I own at that specific home resort? OR do the terms of the newest POS supersede the terms of any prior agreements?

A similar question was asked some time ago regarding the multi-site POS and I think the conclusion was that the individual POS supersedes the multi-site POS.
Regarding the different POS, being sort of contracts, I cannot see how the POS of one property could apply to a different property.

IIRC, There are certain things in the resort POS that reference the multi sute POS for specifics.

Other than that, the POS for the resort you own your contract at guides what rules go with that resort.

The POS documents are updated occasionally so one has to actually see those to know of any specific changes to the original. Those should be found in the collateral documents in our account.

Generally, the Component Site POS applicable to the resort you own is the one applicable to the points for that resort, and if you own two, you have two different applicable POSs (although they are the same in many respects), but the Multisite POS also provides information and rules relating to the use of points and one of its documents, the Home Resort Rules and Regulations, which is the same document for all resorts, is actually one that lays out the ways to make reservations and many of the rules applicable to actually using points. That document has been modified and updated numerous times since the creation of DVC, and often for obvious reasons, e.g., before 2012 there was no section on the DVC website for making reservations online.
