Portofino Inn & Suites

Hi everyone.

Any one have any experience with this hotel? Is it really within walking distance? We will have a rental car and have free parking at the Mickey & Friends parking lot structure, should we walk or drive to the parks?

Any info is greatly appeciated. I always get nervous trying out new hotels.

We stayed there our last trip in December, and it was fantastic. We had no complaints. We drove to DLR instead of walking, but you could walk. It's farther than say, the HOJO, but it's not too bad..

Don't be nervous! The staff was wonderful and the hotel was very clean! You'll enjoy it! Have a great trip!

We are staying there at the end of May. Just couldn't beat the rates for a kids suite. I know the trip advisor reviews are awful, but we have a friend who stayed there last year and was very pleased with their stay. I've heard it is a 10 -15 minute walk, and we are planning to walk.....kids in tow!
