Portofino concerns

We are loews platinum members and have a portofino suite reserved March 24-27th for 276 per night. We usually stay at hard rock club.
I have been reading up on Portofino and Iget the impression that it is a farther walk to parks, no laundry etc.
Do uyou think they would flip our reservations to hard rock club for the same. I am willing to give up a suite for club but not pay any more.
Whom wojuld I contact loews? portofino directly etc?????

I think I would call Hard rock directly, i bet they could switch it for you.

I would call whoever you booked through to start with.

And yes, portofino is the furthest away, but the nicest. Definately no laundry room but they can do your laundry for you.

Loews does not handle ressies for the Orlando hotels. If you call Loews, they will only transfer you. Call 1-888-273-1311. Good luck.

I would stay at Portofino personally.... it is absolutely stunning! I found the boat service to and from the parks to be outstanding.. and the walk is only a few minutes longer than to the Hard Rock. If you have teenagers.. then Hard Rock would be the place for you... I found the Royal Pacific to be the most convenient by far to the parks.. but the Portafino the most relaxing of all three.... any questions feel free to ask.. since I have stayed at all 3
