Portofino bay email??

I've booked portofino bay thru thomson for 3 of us in oct. It's a loews hotel but their website has this drop-down contact us bar thing which has every hotel on it except the ones at universal. Don't want to be phoning international if can help it cos we not made of money but want to request a balcony (I know it long shot but if you don't ask, you don't get and all that) and ask how to make reservations for kids club etc. Any help would be MUCH appreciated cheers
