Portobello Yacht Club, how far in advance for reservations

Is it the same as the restaurants at the parks and resorts, or do they have a different timeframe to make reservations?

same as others....you can get in any time...it is rarely busy because the food is so poor...IMHO

We have tried it twice and went away not impressed both times.

Wow, any time we've been in Disney it was it was quite busy. I am going with my mother, and the last time we were in WDW together she wanted to eat there, but it was too long of wait, so I thought I'd make reservations this time so she would not be disappointed.

Dh and I really enjoy eating at Portobello's, we've found the food and the service to be excellent. It's a good idea to make a reservation for an evening meal, but if you want to do a lunch there you will probably be able to get in without a wait.

That's great! When we went in Oct we had the worst service that we have ever had at a resturant! Our waiter forgot one of our salads and left so quick we didn't have time to tell him.... our appetizer was mushy (brushetta that had been sitting for quite a while and the bread had soaked up all the juice)...we sat there for 2 hrs (because of slow service) and dh could only get 1 beer because our waiter couldn't seem to find the time to bring another! We were sitting outside so, maybe that made a difference.....
