Portland Maine park and fly hotels/motels?

Hi everyone! A friend is flying out of Portland, Maine in mid-August. Which hotels/motels have a park and fly and exactly how does that work? Thanks so much! I know this question has been asked before, but I've gone back 5 pages and can't find it...

We stayed at the Days inn Regular rate for room and parking was $ 5.00 a Night with a free shuttle to and from airport . They have a nice indoor pool a great continental breakfast and is located just off the Interstate accost the street from the Maine Mall

we stayed at comfort inn suites portland
left car for two weeks no problem and great shuttle to airport and hot continental breakfast.
