I noticed on my copy of PP, that I picked-up just 3 weeks ago, it says that the offers expire in 4 days.

How can I get a copy of the new PP?

To my knowledge it is only available at DVC resorts.

DVC Kiosks in the parks and Downtown Disney areas often have them available for the asking.

Portable Perks usually are good for a quarter at a time. So there is a new one about every three months and you get them when you check in.

I email member services and they mail me one. It usually takes about 2 weeks to receive.
