This will be my first time going to Disneyland with a portable oxygen concentrator and I am trying to figure out what rides I can bring it on.

I emailed disability services but they did not seem to understand what I was asking.

I know some rides have ways to secure your belongings but are these good enough for a medical device?

Does anyone have any experience with using a portable concentrator and going on rides.

Not at DLR, but I took my sister to WDW twice while she was using a portable concentrator. We had been to DLR just 3-4 months before she ended up on oxygen. She was not super adventurous when it came to rides, but she did do Slinky Dog Dash, Millennium Falcon, and Alien Swirling Saucers. I think she might have done Big Thunder, but I cannot remember. We decided against Star Tours because with the bag stowed under the seat, if the cannula came loose, I could not get to the bag to fix.

I basically held the bag we kept her concentrator in my hands or with the straps across my thighs to where I could reach the connection or buttons to turn up if needed. If it was an attraction I would be able to do that, we didn’t ride.

At DLR, the attractions I would suggest avoiding would be:
Incredicoaster
Guardians (more for not sure how the up and down might affect the machine)
Canoes (just in case of splashing)
Indiana Jones (very bumpy)
Mattehorn (guessing here, it was down on both trips I took to DLR)
Star Tours
Symphony Swings
Soarin (maybe/maybe not-it would depend how the machine fit under the seat)
