Port upgrade question

I'm not sure I quite understand how port upgrades work. We are booked in a cabin with a verandah but would love to upgrade to concierge if it was available and not too much money. Is that possible? Would it still be a few thousand dollars? Or is this not what port upgrades are...

If available it is possible but there is a cost.

Concierge normally sells out do only at off peak times is there a chance to upgrade to that.

You need to go to the supervisors desk as you embark to see if there is any availability.

You can go online and look at your cruise and see if concierges is still available for your cruise. If it's booked it's unlikely they will cancel because you don't get your deposit back.
