port upgrade from 11A to ocean view or verandah on fantasy

Has anybody ever upgraded at the port from cat 11A to 9B or verandah on the fantasy? can you please share how much you paid? Thank you

THanks. I did read that thread but they are all upgrades from verandah to higher for the fantasy
