Wondering what people thoughts are for a better choice when attending with a large group and kids are ages 7 to 12. Port Orleans riverside or French quarters

In terms of waiting for the bus, distance to bus stop from room, quietness of resort, and location to food court fq wins. Also they have a great themed pool.

If you are hoping to have the rooms close to each other then POFQ is a better bet as it is much smaller..l

If you are hoping for a discount...Riverside is a better bet. Case in point, for the new summer offer, POFQ is a higher rate than Riverside.

I would get preferred rooms at POR. That would put you close to everything and POR has more amenities and a better pool for kids the ages of your group. Either way, have fun planning pixiedust:

Totally agree with this!!:thumbsup2 Totally depends on what's important! I have stayed at both and while both are lovely I preferred POR over POFQ mainly because of the discounts and we LOVE the AB theme! But I would gladly stay at either! Cant go wrong! I would suggest if you stay at POR the preferred room location is worth the $!
