Port Orleans Riverside Trundles

I'm new to this so bare with me. I've been to disney several times but never stayed on property. I'm going back to in July and was wondering about POR trundle beds. Are these only located in a certain section of the resort or can you get a trundle in any section?

As far as I know trundles are available only in the Alligator Bayou section of this resort.

Just back from a week at POR Alligator Bayou building 26. The trundle is ok, but none of my three kids wanted to sleep on it. We brought along our inflatable twin size mattress, it fit easily on the floor by the front window, my DD12 slept on there all week and loved it.

On our post high school graduation trip (to what our parents called "the happiest prison on earth") we stuck the shortest of the group on the pull out. She didn't complain, but then again, she was the only one without a kicking bedmate.

My kids use to fight over who was getting it, they all wanted it. My son would end up with it most of the time since I have 2 girls & 1 boy. Last time we all stayed there (including me & my husband 5 total) was 1 1/2 yrs ago. My kids are now 12, 16 & 18. My son is the 18 meaning, that he was 16 and slept on it for most of the week with no problems.

16 and sleeping on the trundle?? He couldnt have been to comfortable. I would let my 5 yr old sleep on it but my 18 yr old is over 6 ft and way to big for that little bed and my 14 yr old is 5'7 but still to big to sleep on it comfortably.

The air mattress is a great idea. I have along with my sister I have a 13,8 & 3 year old. I've already shown the trundle to the 13 yr old and he politely passed it over to the 8 yr old. She politely passed it down the 3 yr old. Now the 13 yr old can have the air mattress that he loves! Thanks for all the suggestions and comments
