Port Orleans Riverside to AKL

Hi,

I Just booked the breakfast buffet at Boma for a 10:15 reservation. How difficult is it to get from POR to AKL. I'm thinking we take the bus to Animal Kingdom and then another bus to AKL. Is this correct? We don't want to spend extra money taking a cab. I'm hoping the busses are running regularly by that hour of the morning?

That is correct however buses going from parks to resorts that time of the morning are few and far between (because everyone is going to the parks, rather than leaving the parks...). If you decide to do this rather than spend the money on a cab, I would allow 90 minutes to get to AKL. The longest wait will be at AK for the AKL bus.

ETA: I guess another option is to arrange for a cab to pick you up at AK instead of POR. Very short/inexpensive ride to AKL from AK.

We do Boma once or twice a trip for breakfast. When we don't want to take a cab, this is the route we take. We've waited anywhere from 5-20 min. for a bus to AKL from AK.
