Port Orleans Riverside Boat

We will be staying at POR in a couple of weeks, does anyone know if the Downtown Disney boat is equipped to handle a scooter and what about the Carriage ride at the hotel, do they have a seperate step to get in or can they add another step? Thanks

Hi!! I do know that the boat can accomadate a wheelchair, I have seen people on it in their chair. They have a section where the seat lifts up to fit the chair in, so I would think the scooter kind would be welcomed as well.

As for the carriage, I can not answer that one..sorry!!

The boat can accomadate a scooter they have a wheelchair area and you park right there. I used it many times our last trip.
