PORT ORLEANS REHAB ~ That's Good News!

Hi all! We are planning to stay at PO (haven't really decided on RS or FQ). I just learned that the resorts are scheduled for rehab! EXCELLENT! I think I'll wait to go until the rehab is over. Anyone know the re-opening schedule? THANKS! S

Yeah, they are closing POFQ entirely as of May 4 and it will be closed for approximately 1 year, then they will begin work on POR, sections at a time. So POR will never be entirely closed. The whole Port Orleans rehab should last a total of 2 years.

I agree that this is good news! We've stayed at POFQ and loved it and have been wanting to stay at POR, but have been hearing that the rooms were looking very worn, so I will be first in line to stay at these resorts again, once the rehabs are completed!
