I'm aware its all subjective, but I'm just curious to what others that have sailed this exact cruise in the past thought as we booked a verandah on Port side for our cruise next sept 2017 on the 7 night Mediterranean cruise sailing out of Barcelona. We have only booked starboard side before on two previous cruises because we love backing into Castaway Cay and having an awesome view of that island and also the fire works can be viewed from Starboard side (on some decks anyways) on pirate night. I would really like to see ports from our verandah but also as we are sailing (not sure we will see anything but it looks like we may sail beside the land enough to see).

Thanks for all your opinions ahead of time!

I don't know it's starboard or port, but we were in the left side of the Magic cabin number 6086 and we even saw the lights on land at night and when getting to the port was so beautiful, Villefranche-Sur-Mer was the bestour view.

we are in 6052 so port side would be your cabin. So you were pleased with it? I know in Villefranche we tender so I'm not sure it matters but it seems you had a wonderful view when tendered there!!!

Ye, we did the tender too, but we were on our balcony when the cruise was getting into the city and it was so beautiful.
