Port of Miami - Enterprise Rent A Car?

We have our first cruise coming up, one question for all of you experienced cruisers. We come into the Port of Miami and have a flight later in the day from FLL. We're thinking of renting a car to see some area sights and then head up to FLL. Does anyone have experience with Enterprise Rent A Car near the Port of Miami - will they pick you up? If you used them, which branch did you rent from and how was your experience?
