Port Everglades car rental options

Cruising next month on Allure. Please tell me your experience with either Alamo or Budget at Port Everglades, (not FLL locations) Mainly your experience with quickness of getting on shuttle bus to terminal. We only have experience with Port Canaveral, which we've seen an hour wait to get on shuttle bus, (Alamo). Both times ended up taking taxi.
I know timing is everything but how much wait times have you seen to board shuttle bus from either Alamo or Budget to get to terminal? We will probably be arriving about 11:30am.

I am curious about this as well. I've only either done a return at the airport or the night before, then taken a taxi/rideshare over.
